Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and dak88 ("we", "us", or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the dak88 website at dak88.vip, including all games, betting markets, promotional offers, cashier functions, and support services available on the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in the suspension of withdrawals or account closure. Deposits and Withdrawals

dak88 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and USDT. The following rules apply to all financial transactions on the platform.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no upper limit on deposits, although dak88 reserves the right to impose limits on individual accounts where fraud or money-laundering risk is identified.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be reversed on discovery.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Requests submitted outside of operating hours will be processed on the next available business session.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless an exception is approved by the dak88 finance team. This policy exists to prevent fraud.
• dak88 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment processors may impose their own transaction charges. dak88 is not liable for any fees imposed by external payment networks.

Bonuses and Promotions

dak88 offers promotional bonuses including a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions.

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated at the time the bonus is offered.
• Bonuses are credited to the player's bonus balance and are not considered real funds until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• A player may only claim a welcome bonus once. Subsequent qualifying deposits do not re-trigger the welcome bonus offer.
• dak88 reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings derived from it if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: coordinated play, use of multiple accounts, or staking patterns designed to exploit bonus terms.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the bonus terms stated at the time of the offer, including minimum wagering requirements before free-spin winnings may be withdrawn.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on dak88. Players found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct may have their accounts suspended or permanently closed, their balances forfeited, and any winnings voided.

• Colluding with other players in any game, including live casino, sports betting, or crash games, to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.

• Exploiting any technical error, game glitch, or pricing discrepancy on the platform to gain winnings that would not otherwise be achievable under normal operating conditions.

Intellectual Property

All content on dak88.vip — including but not limited to the site design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, marketing text, and software components — is the intellectual property of dak88 or its licensors. No part of this content may be reproduced, distributed, republished, modified, or transmitted in any form without prior written permission from dak88.

The dak88 brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks are proprietary to dak88. Unauthorized use of any dak88 trademark in connection with any product, service, or platform not affiliated with dak88 is prohibited and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dak88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: your use of or inability to use the platform; any interruption, suspension, or termination of service; any loss of data or funds resulting from a technical failure outside dak88's reasonable control; or any reliance placed by you on information provided on the platform.

dak88 does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, that any game outcome will be free from error, or that any specific result will be achieved during play. All games on dak88 involve an element of chance and players accept this inherent risk when placing any bet.

Account Suspension and Termination

dak88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account without prior notice if: the account is found to be in breach of these Terms; there is evidence of fraud, money laundering, or collusion; the player is found to be under 21 years of age; or dak88 is required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory instruction.

Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal verification procedures. Bonus balances that have not yet met wagering requirements will not be returned upon account closure.

Amendments to These Terms

dak88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, dak88 will update the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page.
